Tell the manor as soon as possible
Use the contact form and include your booking reference and dates. A requested change or cancellation must be acknowledged by the manor. Do not assume that changing your calendar selection changes an existing booking.
The published cancellation policy
The current property policy says that paid prepayments are non-refundable. This is subject to applicable consumer law and any refund legally due. A cancellation term cannot make an unfair charge enforceable. The manor must consider the circumstances and any relevant savings or replacement booking when the law requires it.
No automatic 14-day cooling-off promise
Accommodation booked for specific dates generally does not have the ordinary 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases. This does not remove remedies if the service is misdescribed, not provided, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
Date changes and special requests
A change of dates, guest numbers or extras requires availability and agreement. The price may change. Ask before making travel arrangements that depend on a change being accepted.
Where a refund is due
The manor will confirm the reason and amount in writing and arrange the refund through the original payment method where possible. Payment-provider processing time can vary. A pending refund is not a new booking or a new charge.
If we cancel
If the manor cancels and the agreed service cannot be provided, money paid for the service not supplied will be refunded as required by law. You retain all mandatory consumer remedies.
Private hire and gift cards
Private cinema hire, filming, photoshoots and occasions follow the written quotation and cancellation arrangements agreed for that service. Gift-card conditions are shown with the gift collection. Ask for clarification before paying if a term is unclear.
