Private cinema hire, filming, photoshoots and occasions are arranged individually. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Tell us your date, timings, group or crew size, intended activity and practical requirements so that suitability can be checked.
Your written quotation
Before you commit, the manor will confirm the space, permitted use, duration, attendance, included facilities, access, price, payment schedule and cancellation arrangements in writing. Provisional website indications are not a binding quote. Do not assume the entire property is included.
Screenings and permissions
Discuss the film or programme and intended audience before booking. The necessary screening, music, image or other permissions depend on the event. Do not advertise a public screening or assume commercial exhibition rights are included.
Filming and photography
Agree crew numbers, equipment, power, load-in, dressing, protection of interiors, credits, permissions and use of the resulting material before the shoot. Any insurance, risk assessment or specialist requirements must be stated in the written agreement.
Occasions, visitors and overnight stays
Confirm attendance and the event format with the manor. Twelve cinema seats do not establish an approved capacity for every activity or room. Overnight accommodation is a separate arrangement for a maximum of four guests unless explicitly included in the quote.
Changes, cancellations and problems
The cancellation and change terms in the written quote apply subject to consumer law. Contact the manor promptly about a problem. A website enquiry does not authorise payment, reserve a date or accept additional terms.
